I’m Mark Scheftner, founder of Scheftner Consulting Group. For over four decades I've led sales organizations and expansion strategies across North America, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, and Australia- building revenue engines that deliver sustained above market growth.
As Director of Global Sales and Marketing at Orascoptic and later as EVP of Global Sales at Vista Dental, I opened international markets, launched sales forces in the U.K., Canada, and Australia, negotiated OEM partnerships, and drove double-digit global growth. My experience spans distribution, direct sales, private label, and international channel strategy at the highest levels.
I further strengthened my strategic foundation through executive coursework at Harvard Business School, sharpening my expertise in global business strategy, market expansion, and leadership execution.
